The drive is a multi-level Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) equipped with a phase-shifting input transformer that ensures low harmonic distortion and full IEEE 519 compliance. This design delivers clean input performance, eliminating the need for external filters or extra add-ons.
IEEE 519 compliance
The AT27 RD is versatile, supporting induction, synchronous, and Permanent Magnet synchronous motors (PMM).
The drive connects directly to motors without extra components because it does not require output filters.
The VFD is equipped with the UMKA37, Triol’s advanced digital control controller, which includes a 10-inch high-resolution touchscreen and a clean, guided interface with prompts and visualizations.
It supports several advanced control methods, including Sensorless vector control (open loop), Closed loop vector control (with speed feedback), and Scalar mode V/f (including 8 reference points).
The drive is available in single or dual cabinet options depending on the power range required. Its core units feature a modular power cell design and a multi-winding phase-shifting transformer.
Maintenance is designed to be safe and simple, even during operation. The drive features single-side service access, which allows for wall-adjacent installation.
