The drive uses Triol algorithms for operation with asynchronous motors. Control is achieved through high-quality motor control methods, including vector control (both open loop and closed loop) based on an accurate mathematical model, which ensures precise control and maximal protection for the motor and mechanism.
The VFD's software contains several embedded functions, such as a PID controller, a timer function, torque limit for protecting machinery, and customizable VFD autorestart.
The drive can operate effectively across an operating temperature range of -10 °С to +40 °С (-14°F to +104°F) without derating.

The AT24 UB includes specific algorithms designed to increase system survivability. These protective measures involve derating at high load and implementing the reduction of the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) frequency when the inverter experiences high temperatures.

The VFD allows for functionality expansion by providing two slots for installing optional extension units. These units enable connectivity to various ACS networks (like ModbusTCP, Profinet, or CANopen), different types of encoders (incremental, absolute, sin/cos), and I/O expansion.

The AT24 UB is a low voltage variable frequency drive intended as a simple and reliable solution for pumps, fans, and air conditioning systems, handling power capabilities from 0.75 to 500 kW and operating at a rated input voltage of 380 - 480 V.
