The Triol Corporation currently employs 600 people in eight departments, 90 of whom are technicians and engineers. These departments include:

The Technical Department develops the designs and technological documentation for existing or new products and provides technical support for production.

The New Product Development Department deals with developing the design and technological documentation for fundamentally new types of products.

The Economics and Finance Department controls information about the company’s economics and finances, ensures production with components, blocks incorrect actions by other departments and personnel regarding expenses and production costs.

The Administrative Department maintains and develops the company’s infrastructure, creates the most comfortable conditions for operations, and provides departments with technical resources.   

The Quality Assurance Department ensures the highest quality standards in all areas of the company’s business.

The Personnel Department attracts talented people to the company, develops the leadership capacity and managerial competence of managers and personnel, creates and maintains an atmosphere of openness, creativity, and the tendency to improve professional skills.

The Commercial Department searches out information on new opportunities onthe markets, competitors, and sells the company’s products.

The Production department manufactures Triol's products carying out all ranges of works on details and subunits fabrication, assembling and adjusting products.

The Service Center maintains and develops long-term constructive cooperation with customers, implements efficient processes, and executes service requests.
